01Selected recovery
Used white transfer paper is collected and sorted as the feedstock.
Synndon turns selected used white sublimation transfer paper back into transfer paper for polyester printing — giving mills and printers a practical alternative to virgin-pulp paper.
Many buyers hear “recycled paper” and think of mixed cardboard, old books and inconsistent waste streams. That is not the Synndon route.
Our recycled pulp comes from selected used white sublimation transfer paper — paper that was originally made from virgin wood pulp and has completed its first transfer-printing cycle. The incoming fiber source is more controlled, and the finished paper is engineered around one job: reliable sublimation transfer onto polyester.
Cardboard, books and assorted recovered paper can vary significantly in color, contamination and composition.
A more controlled recovered-paper source, chosen specifically to support consistent transfer-paper production.
Do not hide the recycling process. Show it. For the right buyer, traceable material input and a real mill process are stronger proof than generic green claims.

Recovered paper is re-pulped, washed and prepared for papermaking.
03Industrial stock preparation supports repeatable paper production.
Finished base paper is formed into clean production rolls.
The website should sell evidence, not adjectives. Real transfer footage, continuous fabric output and finished textile samples answer the buyer’s real question: “Will it run in my production?”
Use side-by-side fabric swatches and measured color data where available.
Demonstrate repeatability across a continuous run instead of a single sample.
Show roll behavior, flatness and machine feeding under real production conditions.
Compare usable output per roll and total paper cost, not just price per kilogram.
For high-volume sublimation printers, transfer paper is a recurring consumable. A meaningful cost reduction compounds month after month. Synndon is positioned for buyers who want to reduce consumable cost without switching to an uncontrolled low-grade paper source.
Calculate the saving on your monthly consumption →Sublimation transfer is ultimately judged on the textile, not on the paper roll. That is why Synndon’s site should visually connect paper production to the finished products your customers actually sell.
Use factory content to explain control: feedstock selection, pulp preparation, continuous paper output, waste handling and batch testing. Every image should answer a buyer question.

What we can show now: recovered transfer-paper input, pulping and washing, wastewater handling, paper output and the finished transfer process.
What to add next: recycled-content verification, wastewater test reports, energy/water data, chain-of-custody documents and third-party certifications if available.
What not to claim yet: “zero carbon,” “zero pollution,” or quantified emissions reductions without an LCA or verified methodology.
A side-by-side sample test lowers the risk of switching paper. Send your current paper specification and production setup; Synndon can recommend a trial roll for comparison.
